AERENA - Clash of Champions App Reviews

I saw this game on the appstore and I got really excited to download it because it looked pretty cool. My two main problems with the game are: a) Before I get to the mainscreen, I get an error that says I have to restart because I have no internet connection which I do. If that wasnt bad enough, the entire game is portrait for some reason so you cant see more than half of what would be on the screen if it were landscape. Pleasee fix this I really want to play this game :(

Since update its like my iPads orientation lock is on but its not, because of this I can no longer view my entire screen in the view... Please fix so I can play again... When this game works its great but when its not I wait for them to fix so I can play again.

Hey guys! Did you test the Game before you commit it? Wrong aspect ratio on iPhone 5, iOS 8. What are you doing there? Very disappointing and Unprofessional.

I agree with the other disappointeds. Not working since update. Fix it or delete it

I write reviews for a living! Please get the heads up, your consumers enjoy the product they are just asking that you fix the issues at hand. So far I have come across the zoomed in view with the inability to view the game horizontally. Have a emergency patch to fix the issues at hand and let your consumers be happy. You will certainly get more customers flowing with better reviews.

Great game, good graphics, awesome strategy concept but I would like rewards for winning ranked or casual matches besides exp. Say 250 coins/money, and how do you unlock the campaign? Hope for rewards for matches...

Iv never felt the need to write a review for an app until this one. Great game, and Im looking forward to the release of new champions.

While IAP can give someone an edge in the arena it really comes down to a players ability to strategically move, attack and use shells.

This is a good balance of free content and paid content, my only problem is theres no way to sync accounts between devices and their Steam version. I would pay for anything if it wont show up on my other devices. That and the occasional crashes is preventing me from giving 5 stars and recommending it to people.

Great Tactical game, worth the fun

I heard about this game and I thought I would give it a try, but it says that it requires an internet connection, I have 4G LTE and it still wont work, I entered the game for like 30 minutes

The game has worked perfectly for me. And it is free. First game review; so that says it all.

Fun and easy

I give this game 5 stars great game quick and easy no waiting just the game Ive been looking for.

Not sure if Im familiar with the aetherpunk genre but the way the game works and where it takes place is pretty imaginative

Easy to learn. Quite fun. Hard to find online matches.

Im not going to say this is a bad game. Its not great though. I like tactics games, but it didnt hook me. Some issues: angle is weird (not clear where I can move/attack), too much going on on the screen (characters are too small, UI everywhere and not intuitive), the abilities dont excite me (at least they arent super clear. And not sure why there is a ship. A big tank/mech would have been much better). This is a game that has so much potential and great graphics. You can tell they put a lot of effort into this game. It just didnt hit its mark. I really like card tactics games (Cards & Castles, Scrolls). If they would have just made a card tactics game, I think the game would be SO much more popular than it is now. They have the art assets. Go for it, Cliffhanger.

This is a great game, simply put. I dont know why it isnt already widely popular, though I wish it was because the only problem is finding a match in pvp.

Love the game! Easy to use, and most of all dont have to ptp. Characters can be unlocked with in game money with a small bit of grinding. Anyway need more players! Come on Challengers!
